LorenzoNW: "diving in too deep" referring to relationships. "ghosts appear and fade away" memories from past experiences clouding the present moment. "my heartbeat, shows the fear" of repeating the same self destructive behavior with future relationships. "i can't get to sleep. i think about the implications" of making decisions that will lead to more "ghosts". "smell the desperation" of someone feeling trapped in the past, fearing an inability to create. open to interpretation. just my take on the song .	wileypayote: i love this song does anyone know what the lyrics mean.
